there's no free lunch

i got cheated.

received an email from the s'pore association of my uni, and one of its news was that there's a new service that allows us to call back free of charge. i believed what was written, hence i went to the website, and registered for an account. after i downloaded the software, before i used it, my gut feeling told me to click on the rates and FAQ links before i actually made use of its services.

and voila! a couple of strings attached. get this:
-promotion ends in September 09
-calls can only be made for 10 mins, although there's not limit to number of calls

ONLY TEN BLOODY MINUTES?

my final step: uninstall software.

i got cheated of my time.

update 2: end of holidays.
new semester, last semester of my uni life. WOOT!!!

i can't wait for all to end. the saddest thing is that on the first day of the new semester, the lectures are not "introductory lectures" anymore, and they even gave the assignments to be done that's due before the term break. fking ESSAYS. hate hate hate, because i cannot form proper sentences that can flow nicely....damnit. i shall just use my basic english to complete them. bah!

still deciding whether i should graduate here or in sg. i think i need to discuss with my parents....hm........
