group dinner on a saturday

went across the street near my hostel to another fellow singaporean's hostel for dinner. i made shepherd's pie (with help from others for the potatoes n meat n baking), my very first time, and surprisingly it's nice =)zhan hou in action.the kind wei wen helping to peel potatoes.marinating the meat...mashed potatoes... the fried meat, layered into the dish before putting mashed potatoes for baking.the hungry others while waiting for dinner to be ready.
and ta-dah! pie is done!food for the day (excluding a roast chicken which was still in the oven)the people, the company, the food. make the efforts worthwhile.and...the leftovers.


lessons start tomorrow. 3 1-hr lecs. pray hard i don't fall asleep. and i don't cry from paranoia due to the difficulty.
wish me luck.

feeling quite empty and lonely today. sigh. emotions, emotions.
